Delivery policy
We will endeavour to dispatch all orders within 48 hours. In exceptional circumstances and due to the nature of the signed product a delay may result if the prsonality is unavailable. In these circumstances we will email you as soon as possible to inform you of the estimated delivery date.
All good will be sent by registered post or by a courier of our choice. In both instances a signature will be required on reciept and a tracking number can be supplied if required."
Refund, replacement and cancellation policy
If you wish to cancel or change your order before the items are despatched, please contact us immediately, by phone or e-mail.
If you are unhappy with anything we have sent you, please send it back to us within 14 working days, in the condition it was delivered to you and in the original packaging. We will then issue a refund within 30 days.
In the unlikely event of something proving to be damaged please advise us immediately so that we can issue a replacement or a refund within 30 days. Please note that the return costs are not pre-paid. Postage or other return costs will be the customer's responsibility and will be reimbursed by us only in the case of damaged, faulty or incorrectly supplied goods.
You must return the goods, together with their packaging, in the same condition as supplied to you.
